Updates to example and dev devs to react-native 0.72 to support out latest new arch setup in #94. For now disables new arch on Android until that PR is merged.
Also updates flipper dependency to be aligned with 0.72 as it had a broken/deleted
console-feeddependency.Had a lot of issues building the app with builder-bob, so eventually capitulated and simply omitted the
modulebuild. Others were having similar issues but closed without action (suggested fixes simply ship CJS in the "module" build): callstack/react-native-builder-bob#102
