calling methods(::TypeConstructor) should throw a method_missing error, instead it seems to pretend that it is a CompositeKind

julia> methods(methods)
Methods for generic function methods
methods(Union(CompositeKind,Function),Any) at inference.jl:31
methods(Union(CompositeKind,Function),Any,Any) at inference.jl:32
methods(Function,) at util.jl:156
methods(CompositeKind,) at util.jl:162

julia> methods(Vector)
type TypeConstructor has no field env
 in methods at util.jl:162

julia> isa(Vector,CompositeKind)
false

julia> TypeConstructor | super
Type{T<:Top}

julia> TypeConstructor | super | super
Any
util.jl:162 :: methods(t::CompositeKind) = t.env
